About Us
Kevin Starkie has worked in the constuction industry since 1994 when he started building decks with his brother. Kevin began working as an electrician in 1997. He is now a Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, and member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Kevin has helped build custom homes from the ground up, and he is familiar with all aspects of the construction process. Starkie and Sons, LLC provides home inspections in the Colorado Springs, Monument and Black Forest areas.
Kevin's comprehensive property reports are done on-site on his computer. Reports are generated immediately and then e-mailed to the agent and buyers together with pictures.
